Life After Skiing

Time to Graduate

Thank you for visiting!. I’ll be graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University in May 2017. As I write this, I have a 4.0 GPA, and have applied for awards for the ceremony. I will update the status on these items as we approach the ceremony dates. (fingers crossed!)

This “graduation announcement” might be a little unorthodox, but the nature of attending an online school and living 500 miles from the nearest campus makes a normal announcement difficult. The road to this degree has also been unorthodox, The picture at the top is about when I started college- age 17 and I’m now 30 (picture at the bottom) 13 years to achieve a normal 4 year process.

I apologize if I’ve become distant, I’ve juggled this full-time school schedule and 40 hour work weeks. However, I look forward to re-connecting with you!

Not the biggest fan of asking for gifts, but I did have an idea that would be easy, cheap, and possibly really cool. I haven’t had time to personalize or decorate my house, and many of you are or have been professional athletes. I’d love to dedicate some space in my man cave for autographed pictures or posters, and have a physical reminder of the great people I’ve been able to connect with throughout my life in and out of skiing.

Also, I’m not very creative at gift ideas, so I’ve left a PayPal button below. Any donations would help with getting my brother and I out to the ceremony.

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page! I look forward to catching up with you, and see what you’ve been up to. All information in the contact form below will be kept private, and used only to personally get in touch with you, or to properly thank you for your gifts. Thanks again!
